Delivery Details

1st Class Mail (Monday to Saturday)

Your gift will be sent by 1st class post and will be dispatched 1 to 2 days before your desired delivery date. Your balloon will usually arrive on your day of choice. However, choosing this postal option does not guarantee that your balloon will arrive on your desired day. Alternatively, please choose one of the guaranteed delivery options if it is crucial that your balloon gift arrives on time.

Guaranteed Delivery (Monday to Friday)

This delivery option will guarantee that your balloon gift will arrive on your desired delivery date before 5pm. We offer next day delivery anywhere in the UK, if your order your gift before 5pm.

Saturday Guaranteed

Choosing our Saturday Guaranteed delivery option will guarantee that your balloon gift will arrive on Saturday depending on the day you have chosen. You have until 4pm on Friday to order for Saturday deliveries.

Sunday Guaranteed

Choosing our Sunday Guaranteed delivery option will guarantee that your balloon gift will arrive on Sunday depending on the day you have chosen. You have until 4pm on Friday to order for Sunday deliveries. Unfortunately our Sunday Guaranteed delivery option is not available for orders to Northern Ireland.

Additional Guaranteed Delivery Notes

With all guaranteed deliveries, if no-one is available to receive the balloon gift, a card will be left with clear instructions on how to pick up the gift or have it re-delivered.

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver gifts to the channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey). Please note orders to Northern Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight & Isles of Scilly can take two working days to arrive so please allow extra time when ordering to these areas.
